Posted By - NishantDear Concern, This is to inform that, I had opted your services to send a document from Vashi to Thane MIDC on urgent basis. I was assured that the consignment would reach by 5:00pm same day. They charged me amount applicable for Jet Xpress i.e Rs 100/- I was keeping a track of the document till evening so that the document reaches its destination within time. But till evening 7:00 pm the status was unknown I call the corporate office had word with Mr. Mane and he gave me Thane branch number there I spoke with Ms. Vidhya Rane she said the consignment is not yet delivered it will reach tomorrow. When I inquired with Vashi branch about the consignment the lady at help desk was speaking so arrogantly as if she was favoring me. When I asked about my document status she was so rude and impatience which was not acceptable by me as a customer.
