Posted By - Sheeba JacobThe Frontline Sales mart people contacted me on behalf of Airtel as I wanted to purchase the wifi dongle from Airtel. i paid them an amount of Rs. 1800/- for the dongle and the Sim. However, they provided me with an Airtel sim and assured to provide the dongle withing 3-4 days. When contacted a number of times over the phone. they said they wanted to verify the address. I waited for almost 2 weeks but didn’t receive any dongle from them. Hence, I requested them to cancel my order to which they replied they would return the dongle amount of Rs.1800/- .
