The traditional method for agencies to conduct client business is quite hands off in terms of client engagement. While some will engage the client during the initial stages of development, often the agency will disengage the client at some point. In this case when it comes time to present the ideas, the clients do not feel any relationship to the concepts. We believe in taking a stepped, collaborative and strategic approach so the end result will be something that both zag creative and the client agree on and are proud of. By taking a step back and moving forward strategically, we create the space to develop and deliver custom solutions designed to meet our client's specific goals and objectives.
