Plascon Plastics uses the Injection Molding process to manufacture plastics parts. Plastic Injection moulding is a manufacturing technique that uses a thermoplastic material in production. Plastic is melted from a solid to a liquid state and then injected into a steel / aluminum mould to take its desired shape. Once the plastic solidifies inside the cooled mould, the mould halves open up and the part ejects out. This process then repeats itself over and over again.
