| Steel, QT, stainless steel and aluminum fabrications | Crown West has various departments that offer a range of options for customers. The Cutting department offers a 4.5 KW Mitsubishi Laser with cutting capacity of 22 gage up to 1 inch using mild steel or QT 100 and 1/2” Stainless steel cutting capacity this department is further complimented by 2125 460 Amp Edge Master Plasma with cutting capacity is 20 gage up to and including 3” material. The bending department offers Ercolina CE-70 Angle/Ring Roll Max Pipe capacity 3” sch 40 with a min. Radius of 24”. Max Angle capacity 3”x3”x3/8. they can form structural shapes such as angle iron, bar stock (round and flat), pipe, tube, square tube, rectangular tube, channels and H-beams and they recently acquired a Carell 4RH-CNC Control 4 roll Plate roll which will prebend 6'x 5\16” and roll up to 3/8” capacity with high polish roll surfaces for material protection and also has cone rolling capabilities. The CNC machining department can supply machined parts that are too complex to accurately produce on manual machines. The Manual Machining centers produce one-off parts and weldments that require machining after welding and that are too large for the CNC machine. Crown West also offers part stamping on presses ranging from 45 to 600 tons. They also offer top of the line quality in finishing services such as paint (wet and powder) zinc plating and other finishes. |
