| Stability Development | The 1st NAEF aims to implement progressive programs over an extended period to ensure that long-term stability is supported and nurtured. Our programs and frameworks are developed to build internal capacities and transfer ownership and operation to the beneficiary of NAEF services as capability is achieved.
