| CNC Machining, Turning, Boring & Drilling | Design & Manufacturing of Industrial Steel Components & Injection Molds: Using Catia V5R22 Knowledge Based CAD Software, items are built 100% in a virtual environment prior to beginning the manufacturing process on our shop floor. Top Grade Materials are accurately machined on our fleet of 27 CNC Machines by experienced CAM Programmers & CNC Machinists; then assembled, tested and finalized by our experienced team of Moldmakers, Polishers, Fitters, Electricians & Processors. Both Engineers and Manufacturing teams are experienced in Engineering Changes or repairs of previously built tools. Our machining capabilities extend to 34,000 Kg (75,000 Lbs) load capacity on our CNC Machines and facility overhead crane capacity of 50,000 Kg (110,000 Lbs) total assembled weight. Injection Molds produce parts from both Automotive & Non Automotive purposes in many different molding processes such as Painted, Grained, Chromed, 2 Shot & Compression. All molds are designed & built to withstand normal production life expectancies & run standards of up to 1 million parts. |
