Our 40 year old un-touched recipe produces Canada's best, most traditional tasting Peameal Bacon, with the lowest fat, sodium and lowest added liquid cure. It has the highest protein level, and the lowest shrink. Elite Peameal Bacon is gluten free, it is all Canadian, and all Elite brand Peameal Bacon is made using fresh pork only. Our Peameal Bacon can be produced with a "Locally Sourced" raw material criteria, for food service and retail marketing initiatives. Elite Peameal Bacon is the exclusive Peameal Bacon of Parliament Hill and The House of Commons dining room in Canada's capital, Ottawa. Elite brand is also the Peameal Bacon of Maple Leaf Sports and entertainment. We serve the retail, food service and institutional channels. Elite will co-pack or produce private label products.
