| Free Radical Gasification (FRG™) | Responsible Energy's Free Radical Gasification (FRG™) solution is able to produce a high-BTU syngas purely by simplifying molecules in an oxygen starved environment. The secret of the FRG™ process is the precisely controlled generation of a >5,000oC (>9,000oF) solid/liquid waste to gas conversion zone. At this temperature, very similar to that of the sun, molecular bonds are broken apart and the two primary remaining products are an extremely clean synthesis gas (syngas) with numerous potential uses, and an inert granular aggregate. |
