| Cell phone repeaters. | Is your location experiencing poor cell phone coverage, or worse still no cell phone coverage? Designed and built exclusively in Canada, Telcosat repeaters have been proven to withstand the extreme Canadian weather transitions from minus 40 Celsius to plus 40 Celsius. Our repeaters are great for use in areas where cell phone coverage is poor. For example we have the repeaters mounted on drilling rigs which work in remote locations. Drilling rig operators demand quick set up and tear down times of the rig. The Telcosat repeaters meet these stringent needs while maintaining the ability for immediate communications. Not only are the rigs frequently moved which subject them to a high vibration profile. In surviving both extreme vibration and extreme temperature simultaneously, our repeaters continue to work through conditions similar to those experienced by military equipment. If your building has poor cell phone coverage, for example in an underground office or garage, Telcosat has the solution for you. If you are operating in a remote area with intermittent or no cell phone reception, the Telcosat repeaters will extend the range of your signal to the nearest national cell phone provider. Installation is as easy as connect the two antennas, plug in the unit to a power source (a.c. or d.c.), switch on and using the built in meter, align the antenna to the nearest cell phone tower. There is no limit to the number of users. |
| RF Over Fibre Communications | Design and install RF Over Fibre products. RF Over Fibre is a technology which converts an RF signal into a light signal and vice versa. The light signal is then transported through fibre cable to a remote/alternative location and converted back to RF. This is a great product for providing in-building cellular coverage, remoting antennas, providing cellular signal coverage in mining or natural resource exploration.
