| Cobalt Alloy Tipped Thin Kerf Band Saws | Our special Thin Kerf Band Saws have a Cobalt Alloy tip on them that displays tremendous wear resistance, and stays sharp for a very long time, even under difficult cutting conditions. These saws can also be resharpened aproximately ten (10) times, which makes them very cost effective. The machinery used to make these band saws is very precise, which makes for a band saw that produces an exceptionally smooth finish. | Portable mill band saw blades | We manufacture narrow thin kerf Springset band saw blades for use on Portable band mills, Re-saws, Shake band saws, Shipwright saws. and Woodworking Band mills. These spingset band saws are made from very high quality band saw steel, and they are very durable and dependable saws. We weld these saws to a customers specified length, then each of the welds are finished and inspected prior to shipment to the customer. These saws have a 7/8" tooth spacing and are available in 1.25", 1.5", and 2" widths. |

| Wide Band Saws. | We Manufacture and service wide band saws that range from 3" wide to 12" wide. These saws are manufactured from the highest of quality European band saw steel. We make these saws to our customers specifications. These saws can be made with a swaged tooth or they can have a Stellite tooth welded on and precision ground. All saws are inspected before shipping to ensure that a top quality product goes to the customer every time. |
