High pH stable HPLC & UHPLC Columns
These HPLC columns provide longer life, low & high pH stability (pH 1-12), better peak shapes and unique selectivities. Columns are available in C-18, end-capped C-18, Diphenyl, C-8, Cyano, Amino, HILIC and HILIC Diol; all phases are available in traditional formats, as well as in PACE format optimized for extremely fast run-times without sacrificing resolution. Ultra-small particles (1.7 um) are available with high surface area (>300 m2/g) to provide high peak capacity and extremely efficient separations while minimizing back-pressure. All phases are fully scalable from 1.7 um particles up to 10 um particles for ease of production scale-up and method transfer.
HPLC & UHPLC Columns for Proteins & Peptides
These C-18 and C-4 columns are optimized for the analysis of higher molecular weight compounds such as proteins and peptides. The 300 Angstrom phases are available for HPLC and UHPLC (1.7 um and 5 um particle sizes). Superior bonding technology provides these columns with enhanced stability and better efficiency than the competition.
All phases are fully scalable from 1.7 um particles up to 5 um particles for ease of production scale-up and method transfer.
