| Technical Writing | OVERVIEW: We are a communications firm that provides technical writing, illustration, graphics and translation services to hi-technology companies. Based in the Montreal area our associates are content providers who have an enduring interest in technology and a special talent for turning complex subjects into simple messages. TECHNICAL WRITING: We use simple words and good design to get messages across to audiences. This approach has won us two awards of merit from the Society for Technical Communication. We have experience providing hardware as well as software documentation in fields as varied as microwave telephony, financial services and transportation. ILLUSTRATION: ArenA produces technical illustrations that are clear and easy to understand. We specialize in line drawings and isometric views for hardware manuals. To illustrate products, we can use existing Autocad drawings, scans of paper-based illustrations, traditional photography, even images captured from video tape. TRANSLATION: We provide translation services from French to English and from English to French. But Montreal is one of the world's great multicultural cities and ArenA can draw on a great pool of multilingual talent to translate to and from other languages, like Spanish for instance. |
