| GroupLinks Portal Software | GroupLinks is a fully integrated suite of internet-based tools that function much like a Microsoft Office environment. Accessed from within a robust security envelope, the 23 modules of the GroupLinks suite provide all of the functionality necessary for a non-technical user to manage all aspects of their web domain. GroupLinks includes a richly functioned content management system (CMS) that utilizes a browser-based WYSIWYG editor to manipulate text and graphics and is designed to emulate Microsoft Word. Other modules provide for the management of contacts, calendars, links libraries, document libraries, photo/image libraries and more. A built-in task management system provides for notification and review of any site item identified with an expiry or review date. GroupLinks is licensed in a number of configurations to support very simple CMS requirements and allows the selection of modules at incremental license fees to support more complex web domains.
