| Employment and job search support | Services to all age groups include employment and job search information, access to counselling and educational options, information and access to Fanshawe College programs, and referral to appropriate services. Youth receive individual, personalized employment counselling, job placement support (with wage subsidies) and workplace monitoring. The Summer Jobs Services, a wage subsidy program, encourages the hiring of students for summer employment. |
