Contaminated Site Law
Our environmental litigators are often confronted with contamination issues that range from odour and noise nuisances and coal tar impacts to landfill litigation to Brownfield remediation and redevelopment to contamination of industrial, commercial and municipal properties. Our litigation team provides counsel to clients in negotiating, prosecuting and defending civil claims arising from contamination. Our team has very extensive experience with chlorinated solvent and petroleum hydrocarbon impacts.
