| Controlled Goods and ITAR | When organizations use material that could have a dual civilian and military use, they must register with the Canadian Controlled Goods Directorate and provide security and training plans showing how the material will be safeguarded. Avidaid can assist with completing registration forms, conducting a threat and risk assessment, writing a security plan to address all areas, writing an employee handbook and training personnel in the proper handling of controlled goods. Avidaid has assisted both businesses and universities to become successfully registered with the Controlled Goods Directorate. We also provide consulting in the United States International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR). |
