S2Web Corporate Safety Management SystemS2Web Corporate is a web based, built-to-suit, EHS Management System designed and built by safety professionals. The safety software is comprised of 23 modules some of which are HR related. Clients pick the modules they need to complement existing systems. Together, we configure the system although much can be assumed following the collection of data and forms. All S2 products are easy to use and provide good value to any organization. All modules are built the same way and work together in the background. Each module is organized in tabs which are supported with both an action container and a supportive document container. All records can be printed or emailed individually. Automated functions, email and print provide an efficient communication method within the organization or outside of the organization. Incidents, investigations, corrective actions, supportive documentation coupled with e-sign off and automated functions ease the burden of recording and reporting upon a Near Miss or Incident. The incident form itself mirrors what you presently collect and offers the opportunity to trend upon more. Reporting to compensation boards, management and clients is a snap using the built in date ranges, quick search or advance search mechanisms. HSE Managers are able to quickly identify trends and feed the continuous improvement with their findings. We take your inspection check lists and code them in. This allows the people in the field or on the floor to use an Ipad/Tablet to do an inspection in real time, assign actions, request sign off and yield a total score. Corrective Actions/Actions are available within each module and assignments are emailed and contain a link to the action item. When the person receives the assignment, they typically drag and drop it into their calendar at a time they believe they are able to complete the requirement. When the requirement is completed, they click on the link, log in and type in what they did with a completed date. The person who requested the item be done is then notified of it's completion. This notification allows them to see what was done and the opportunity to check to ensure the action was completed to their satisfaction. Assets! Equipment, Vehicles, Building/Facilities require require maintenance. This module allows for you to schedule maintenance to be done at intervals of km/m, run hours, months/days/year.
