The 110% contained construction ensures maximum risk management, while the low profile design offers easy access for filling and draining (done at ground level). Our standard sizes are 1250 L (275 Gal) or 2400 L (528 Gal). All of our waste oil tanks comply with the regulations for waste oil storage in Canada and are built and labeled in accordance with ULC specifications. These tanks come complete with a sleeper base, which can be used for forklift pockets to move the tank around your site empty. The 110% contained construction ensures maximum risk management, while the custom pumping set-ups offer ease of use for the operator. Our standard sizes are15,000 L (3300 Gal), 25,000 L (5500 Gal), 50,000 L (11,000 Gal), 61,000 L (13,400 Gal), and 75,000 L(16,500 Gal). All of our fuel tanks comply with the regulations for fuel storage in Canada and are built and labeled in accordance with ULC specifications. | Fuel Management Systems/Card Lock Systems | Fuel Management Systems At Tanks Direct we understand the needs to monitor fuel consumption for your fleet. That is why we offer fuel management systems to compliment our double wall rental tanks that will meet or exceed your needs in keeping track of what is going out of your tank and who is taking it. These systems can be put in your yard site or on remote sites. Key-lock - Handles up to 50 users per system. - Each user/vehicle is assigned a certain key - Each key has its own odometer which is a continuous counter that cannot be reset to monitor fuel consumption. - Timeout feature to ensure fuel can only be taken if pulse is received by the fuel management system from the fuel meter. - Ability to disable any key in the event of the termination of an employee or loss of a key with no downtime. Card Lock Systems Whether it is theft prevention, consumption or fleet management, or cost calculating the self contained card lock systems designed and manufactured by Tanks Direct are the answer. Along with our double walled tank rentals we can provide a fully functional and easily portable fuelling station for your job site. We have designed these systems with ease of use and installation in mind so there are no costly professionals needed on site to do the installation of the equipment as everything is factory wired by Journeyman Electricians to quick connect plugs that are clearly marked. Over the past year we have had clients set up these systems themselves (in less than 2 hours) without the visit of a service technician and have been able to poll the system for information anywhere in the world they have an internet connection.
