| CNC-Turning | We offer CNC-Turning services for products ranging in sizes from 11" to 120" in length with diameters between 1.5" to 12.5" for long workpieces, and 20" max diameter up to 16" in length for large diameter workpieces. Products can be machined from various materials e.g. 1045, 4140, 316SS, 17-4PHSS, 6061, 7075. The typical tolerance held in most critical dimensions ranges between /- 0.001" and /- 0.0002". Surface finishes as high as 8RMS can be achieved when required. |
| CNC-Milling (3-Axis) | CNC-Milling services are offered for parts fitting a 22" x 42" x 28" work envelope. Milling, Drilling, Tapping, Contouring, Profiling, Engraving, Facing, can be done on a variety of materials from Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels, PEEK, Vespel, Aluminum. Typical GD&T tolerances for these types of applications ranges from /-.001" to /-.0005" depending on the material and application. |
