We produce two dry flavour concentrates extracted from northern
shrimp biomass. Asta-Pro1000 contains about 1000 ppm of the
red carotenoid pigment, astaxanthin and 23 to 27% marine lipids,
rich polyunsaturated omega-3 long chain fatty acids. HPC90 is
made of 85-90% hydrolysed shrimp proteins. This white powder is
low in fat (less than 2%) and very highly water soluble.
